These terms cover your use of Flowphonic, an Android app developed by Sleeping Giant Marketing Services Private Limited (“Flowphonic,” “we”). By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Flowphonic on devices you own or control, for your own recording work. You can't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app itself.

Your recordings are yours

Anything you record, mark, or transcribe with Flowphonic belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your recordings or the content within them, and — as covered in our Privacy Policy — we don't store a copy of them anywhere but your own device.

You're responsible for consent to record. Recording another person's voice, or an interview, meeting, or conversation, may be regulated by consent, wiretapping, or privacy laws where you are — these rules vary by state and country, and some require every party's consent before you record. Flowphonic doesn't check, warn, or enforce this for you. Knowing and following the recording laws that apply to you is entirely your responsibility.

Acceptable use

Don't use Flowphonic to record or share anything you don't have the right to record or share, to violate anyone's privacy or legal rights, or to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app itself.

No warranty

Flowphonic is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Recording is often a one-take, unrepeatable moment: back up anything irreplaceable by exporting it, since we can't guarantee against data loss from device failure, app bugs, or anything else.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sleeping Giant Marketing Services Private Limited isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flowphonic, including lost recordings or lost work.

Termination

You can stop using Flowphonic at any time by uninstalling it. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the app at our discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Flowphonic after a change means you accept the update.
